Join Accenture’s SAP practice and help transform the way we live and work through design thinking, modern delivery methodologies, and AI-enabled business processes. As part of our Life Sciences Industry team, you’ll drive transformation for clients using SAP technologies, including cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions. This role focuses on originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based Finance Transformation projects for leading companies, leveraging your expertise to create impactful outcomes.

As a confident Manager, you’ll stay ahead of SAP platform, industry, and Finance trends, translating client goals into clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll lead complex projects, architect end-to-end Finance solutions, and advise clients on SAP’s Business AI strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior client Finance executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (current and future).
  • Lead clients in defining their SAP journey by developing business cases, roadmaps, and proposals, including presentations and sales origination.
  • Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions.
  • Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, its capabilities, and roadmap, identifying functional areas where AI can deliver real value.
  • Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and articulate how AI-driven improvements enhance project delivery.
  • Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions using the latest industry and technology best practices, including SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
  • Lead large project teams of varying size and scope to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
  • Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise.
  • Act as a thought leader by building assets, best practices, and developing the next generation of transformation experts.
  • Travel may be required (0% to 100%) based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics, including sales, procurement, and intercompany movements.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences distribution clients. (SAP support/managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement.)
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients.
  • Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including:
    • Driving complex workshops and leading design decisions.
    • Leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP Intercompany area.
  • Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are the anticipated annual salary ranges for this role by location:

  • California: $94,400 to $293,800
  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
  • Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
  • New York: $87,400 to $293,800
  • New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
  • Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
  • Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
