SAP Integration Manager

For a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a SAP Integration Manager to lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP integration architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap
• Design and enforce reusable integration patterns and security standards
• Evaluate and leverage SAP Business Accelerator Hub content before custom development
• Champion clean-core and API-first principles using approved SAP APIs
• Review and approve System Integrator integration designs to ensure quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP integration experience, with at least one SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation (greenfield preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development experience
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration principles and API-only architecture
• Strong experience with SAP Business Accelerator Hub content
• Hands-on expertise with OData V2/V4, REST, SOAP, and IDoc integrations

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
