SOW

Every consultant must adhere to the signed SOW and ensure the project delivers the agreed-upon deliverables, earning the client's satisfaction and recognition of the consultant's contribution to the project's success.

The SOW is an authorized document that can be referenced during the implementation process. It outlines the current platform, specifies in-scope and out-of-scope requirements, sets timelines, defines deliverables, and includes a resource matrix for both the implementation team (consultant) and the business team (customer).

By referring to the SOW, consultants can respectfully decline requests for out-of-scope items, helping to keep focus on the defined scope of requirements and preventing deviations from non-listed or out-of-scope items.

Project Kick-Off

This phase is typically handled by a project manager to engage in a brainstorming session with the customer. The goal is to agree upon the project methodology, plan of activities, risk analysis and mitigation strategies, and the overall process and approach for implementation.
