SAP GTS Manager

As a SAP GTS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on enhancing compliance and security within SAP applications, enabling clients to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions to optimize operational efficiency within SAP applications
• Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet strategic objectives
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
• Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight
• Developing and maintaining governance frameworks to support corporate compliance and risk management initiatives
• Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborating with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Confirming data integrity and security within SAP systems through regular quality assurance checks and audits

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements

Qualifications

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study:

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
