SAP Functional Analyst Role - User Management (UM) - Must be Eligible for Government Clearance (Onsite)

About the role

Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client. The role involves providing sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, including As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development, and leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations, trainings, demonstrations, and lead/facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Develop Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Guidance.
• Support project management tasks such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, and configuration control.
• Analyze information, interpret, and draft technical documentation.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Sharp, motivated, and aligned to Navaide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required.
• Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
• Candidates must be willing to travel approximately 25% within the continental United States of America.
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
