SAP Finance Systems Analyst
We are seeking a SAP Finance Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize SAP and related enterprise systems that support Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations functions. This position serves as a key connection between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business processes are supported through effective system functionality, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
About the role
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of ERP systems expertise, business process knowledge, and strong analytical skills. This individual will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, troubleshoot system-related challenges, support reporting requirements, and drive successful implementation of system enhancements. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into practical system solutions while ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and user adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP and related business applications used across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and develop scalable system solutions
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reporting capabilities, and overall system utilization
- Support financial and operational workflows including reporting, data management, and process optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and change requests to support evolving business needs
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation activities
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and knowledge base resources
- Support master data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business information
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leadership to improve business visibility through enhanced system capabilities and reporting solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution and ongoing support
- Promote user adoption through training, process documentation, and communication of new system functionality and best practices
- Ensure adherence to system governance, security policies, and established business processes
- Participate in continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives designed to increase operational effectiveness and support organizational growth

Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting SAP or enterprise business applications
- Experience partnering with Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
