About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you’ll stay ahead of SAP platform, industry, and Finance trends, translating client goals into actionable outcomes. Your expertise will help clients navigate their SAP journey, from defining business cases to architecting end-to-end Finance solutions that integrate SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions. You’ll also lead large project teams, mentor talent, and drive transformational roadmaps for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives to address business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (current and future).
• Lead clients in defining their SAP journey, including business case development, roadmaps, and presentations during sales origination and proposal stages.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, its capabilities, and roadmap, identifying functional areas where AI can deliver tangible value.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and articulate how AI-driven enhancements benefit project outcomes.
• Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions using the latest industry and technology best practices, embedded with SAP innovation.
• Lead large project teams of varying sizes and scopes, driving transformational roadmaps either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your domain.
• Act as a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next generation of transformation experts.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Delivery Lead, accountable for running large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance and Life Sciences, including advising clients on roadmaps, business cases, and execution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs for Life Sciences clients (SAP support/managed services experience does not qualify).
• Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Finance and Life Sciences clients.
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50–100 people), including in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience is required.

Pay

Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

• California: $132,500 to $338,300
• Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
• Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
• District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
• Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
• Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
• Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
• Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
• Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
• New York: $122,700 to $338,300
• New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
• Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
• Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
