SAP Finance Business Analyst

About the role

Join a team delivering enterprise-scale SAP finance solutions that power critical business operations. In this role, you’ll translate complex financial requirements into practical SAP configurations across ECC and S/4HANA, helping improve performance, accuracy, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver SAP FI solutions aligned to business needs
• Translate requirements into system design, enhancements, and integrations
• Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes
• Lead testing strategy, execution, and validation with stakeholders
• Resolve system and business issues in production environments
• Partner cross-functionally on upgrades, maintenance, and improvements
• Define requirements for reports, forms, and data outputs
• Develop training materials and enable end users
• Manage project plans, risks, deliverables, and communications

Requirements

• Strong SAP FI configuration expertise and problem-solving capability
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP projects
• 10+ years as an SAP Analyst in enterprise environments
• S/4HANA exposure and understanding of ECC differences
• Knowledge of integrated SAP environments (multi-country/company codes)
• Strong communication skills translating technical to business terms
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Vertex, Paymetric, BPC, or Serrala tools (advantage)
