SAP FICO Manager (Remote - USA)

About the role

The MHP Americas Finance Innovation and Optimization Business Field (BF-FIO) Lead is expected to build the S/4HANA Finance capability in North America and foster its continued growth within our Digital Supply Chain service unit. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have proven experience scaling a consulting practice.

Responsibilities

- Provide overall strategic direction to SAP Finance and Controlling capability - Deliver to our existing and future clients the SAP FI/CO portfolio which includes, but is not limited to, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Business Planning & Consolidation, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting - Design and implement innovative solutions for our clients leveraging best practices in business processes and SAP - Lead pursuits and develop business at new and existing clients - Manage large projects at key accounts - Become a trusted advisor to our customers to actively shape the future of mobility and manufacturing - Recruit and retain top talent - Ensure the development of the most relevant and innovative skills and capabilities within the team - Develop and advance MHP’s reputation within the North American marketplace - Create and maintain relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is preferred) - Experience: 8+ years of experience in the consulting industry, 5+ years of experience implementing SAP’s Finance solutions, Certification(s) from SAP in Finance and/or Controlling, Strong domain expertise in the business area of Finance & Controlling, Ability to craft innovative, strategic solutions to complex problems within the finance domain, Project management experience including project planning, financials, resource management, change management, and risk management for medium-to-large SAP implementations, Proven ability to grow and manage a business unit of 10+ professionals, Hands-on S/4 HANA Finance implementation experience, 5+ years of experience in the Automotive sector preferred
