Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in S/4HANA environments
  • Configure and manage FI modules including GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting
  • Drive Controlling processes including Product Costing, CO-PA, PCA, and Cost Center Accounting
  • Design and implement FI-SD and FI-MM integrations to ensure accurate financial postings
  • Configure and optimize banking processes including EBS, lockbox, and payment automation
  • Support financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
  • Execute and support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
  • Manage data integrity, financial accuracy, and audit compliance
  • Provide production support and perform root cause analysis
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within finance operations

Project & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle activities, including: Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, Solution design and configuration, Deployment and hypercare
  • Manage onshore/offshore teams and coordinate deliverables
  • Act as a primary liaison with business stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and support finance transformation initiatives
