Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in S/4HANA environments
- Configure and manage FI modules including GL, AR, AP, and Asset Accounting
- Drive Controlling processes including Product Costing, CO-PA, PCA, and Cost Center Accounting
- Design and implement FI-SD and FI-MM integrations to ensure accurate financial postings
- Configure and optimize banking processes including EBS, lockbox, and payment automation
- Support financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
- Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration
- Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
- Execute and support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
- Manage data integrity, financial accuracy, and audit compliance
- Provide production support and perform root cause analysis
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within finance operations
Project & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle activities, including: Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, Solution design and configuration, Deployment and hypercare
- Manage onshore/offshore teams and coordinate deliverables
- Act as a primary liaison with business stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and support finance transformation initiatives
