About the role
Location: Harrisburg, PA – 60% onsite. Start date: ASAP. End date: 06/20/2026, with likely extension to 06/2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops related to Asset Management.
- Create and maintain process documentation using Signavio.
- Configure Asset Management considering Public Sector practices.
- Integrate Asset Management with other modules (FM, GM, FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, PM).
- Create functional specifications for gaps identified in workshops.
- Transfer knowledge to customer and support workshops to gather and define business requirements.
- Assist in planning and execution of cutover strategy and related tasks.
- Apply familiarity with Procure-to-Pay process for asset acquisition.
- Utilize standard reports and develop custom analytical queries.
Requirements
- Experience defining and documenting business processes using Signavio.
- Public sector project experience preferred (state and local governments).
- Must have S/4 HANA project experience.
- Strong S/4HANA Asset Accounting functional configuration and design experience.
- Several years of SLED (State, Local, Education) experience.
- Proven experience leading large projects.
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay process for asset acquisition.
- Experience with standard reports and custom analytical queries.
