About the Team

Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation, and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling
• Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities, and apply best practices
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Perform solution design and adoption for identified gaps and business process improvement measures
• Ensure system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Act as a sparring partner for the client and handle project management responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO or FSCM
• At least 3-5 full project lifecycles of work experience in SAP FI/CO /FSCM
• Profound Finance and Controlling process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• Must have implementation experience and hands-on configuration knowledge
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Pay

Estimated annual compensation will be $154,375 - $193,125.
