SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant in the United States who can lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable financial solutions. This role is critical in helping organizations modernize core finance processes, enhance reporting and compliance, and fully leverage SAP S/4HANA to drive operational efficiency and business value. Your Responsibilities Lead design, and implementation of SAP FICO solutionsDefine end-to-end finance solution architecture in SAP S/4HANAWork with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutionsDrive design of FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, and ControllingEnsure integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, and others) and external systemsGuide finance process improvements, automation, and standardizationSupport SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and Brownfield transformationsOversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportEnsure compliance with financial and regulatory requirementsProvide technical leadership to functional and development teams Your Skills And Experience 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementationsStrong expertise in FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking and CO knowledge: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Overhead CO, COPA (Profitability Analysis)Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience including Brownfield upgrades and migrationsStrong SAP integration experience with MM, SD, and enterprise systemsStrong understanding of financial compliance, taxation, and controlsExperience in finance transformation and process optimization programsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fieldSAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable What’s On Offer Opportunities to advance your career as we are currently expanding and growing our S/4HANA practice in the Americas region and looking for people to take on senior/leadership rolesCompetitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, social benefits, etc.)Great travel balance of onsite and remote workingOpportunities to work on innovative projects and further hone your S/4HANA skillsChance to work on projects from different industries and add to your business process knowhowFriendly and supportive team of S/4HANA colleaguesEnvironment of open communication, trust and regular feedbackInternational company culture and minimal hierarchical structure with quick and effective decision-making processes Interested?
