SAP FICO Analyst - up to $120k plus bonus (no CPT EAD) (46222)

About the role

This role involves assisting with enhancements and projects, focusing on project delivery, production support, maintenance, and configuration of SAP solutions and related third-party bolt-on systems globally. The Analyst will identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective systems and procedures to meet user requirements, configure system settings, and execute testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements from end users.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional analysts to review requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure functional requirements align with business needs.
• Maintain existing system functionality while initiating new SAP features and other software applications.
• Maintain non-SAP Financial Systems such as Concur for T&E, Readsoft for Invoice OCR and Approval, Vertex, and Blackline.
• Collaborate with business users in requirement gathering, design, and deployment of new or improved business processes.
• Research and resolve problems.
• Test business processes and customized functionality during SAP migrations and upgrades.
• Advise on configuration and testing management across the SAP environment.
• Configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using best practices.
• Translate business process designs into SAP FICO configuration.
• Ensure a global solution using SAP standard design is implemented.
• Design, test, and implement data exchange interfaces for SAP projects with the legacy system team.
• Create design and training documentation.
• Perform unit and quality testing, and work with users to achieve favorable test acceptance.
• Investigate and resolve service tickets with the Financial Applications team.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance or Systems).
• 4+ years of experience with SAP FI-CO.
• Experience with S4 HANA basic configuration.
• Ability to use project management methodologies.
• Experience working with and presenting to business counterparts.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements, design, and deploy new or improved business processes.
• Knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules is a plus.
• Knowledge of non-SAP financial systems for invoice OCR, approvals, and expense reports is a plus (e.g., Concur, ReadSoft).
• Experience with Blackline implementations preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting; actual accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
• Experience with Concur, HFM, ReadSoft, or similar invoice processing tools is a plus.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal).

Pay

The base range for this contract position is $52.00 - $78.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
