Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to end users on existing financial processes and determine requirements for developing new financial processes.
- Work directly with end users and Tier 3 to resolve production issues.
- Design, configure, and optimize the SAP FI/CO module to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze and implement system enhancements to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Lead large functional teams or technical personnel in providing leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of SAP FI/CO experience.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more functional areas, particularly in FI/CO.
- Experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI/CO.
- Familiarity with Navy and/or DOD IT architectures, specifically the ERPF.
- Experience with post-go-live production support and break/fix.
- Strong focus on customer service and responsiveness, with good customer handling skills.
