About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for our clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
• Travel may be required for this role (0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience with at least 3 years of focused SAP EWM expertise
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role
• Experience delivering EWM programs in at least two of the following industries: pharmaceuticals/life sciences, consumer goods, retail, automotive, or industrial manufacturing
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate — SAP EWM (C_EWM_2020 or equivalent)
• SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience
• Prior Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background

Pay

Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are annual salary ranges for this role in select U.S. locations:

• California: $70,350 to $205,800
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
• Maine: $54,400 to $151,400
• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
• New York: $66,300 to $205,800
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
• Virginia: $59,100 to $189,300
• Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
