Area of Responsibility
Your Area Of Responsibility will involve:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Audit ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Required Skill and Experience
- Experience in SAP WM/EWM experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
- Experience in warehousing operations is a plus
- Good knowledge in IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
- Good knowledge in WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones
- Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends on need basis
- SAP EWM / WM/ MM certifications
- Experience and desire to work in a shopfloor environment
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
