About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation programs in Energy Retail and Customer Operations, focusing on digital and operational enhancements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, influencing key enterprise initiatives and direction
- Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation to enhance customer experience
- Originate and lead strategic sales pursuits, shaping deal strategy and developing value propositions
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes and accountability
- Act as a thought leader in the Utilities industry, contributing to client workshops and intellectual property
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of leadership and inclusivity
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in the Utilities sector, especially in Energy Retail and Customer Operations
- Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs like SAP CIS implementations
- Proven advisory capability, cultivating relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong consulting background with a track record in managing P&L and business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation and customer experience improvement through analytics and AI
- Successful at originating and closing new business, enhancing revenue growth
- Outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to executive audiences

Pay
$300,000 – $360,000 annually
