SAP Enterprise Solution Architect

About the role

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator and solution provider dedicated to addressing the most challenging issues faced by federal agencies. This role requires an experienced SAP Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in SAP S/4HANA supply chain management and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop an SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap aligned with Army transformation objectives.
• Provide advice on Application Architecture, Instance Strategy, including S/4HANA cloud and application development and extensions.
• Develop a strategy to optimize business processes using SAP's S/4HANA standard best practices.
• Design integration architecture, including security requirements for integrations.
• Assess project risks, document roadblocks, pain points, and mitigation strategies.
• Propose solution architecture for SAP cloud solutions, including integrations and reporting.
• Leverage SAP Fiori (extensibility capability) to build intuitive user interfaces that integrate with business processes.
• Collaborate with the Program Management team to manage projects smoothly, lead the project team, and interface with customer leadership.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery, and open new opportunities for supporting other agencies' goals.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the project, including organizing, directing, and managing contract operations, overseeing multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Direct and manage the technical team, establish clear goals, and continuously evaluate progress while providing guidance as needed.
• Achieve complete compliance with customer agency security and confidentiality requirements.
• Support proposal efforts and business development activities.

Requirements

• US Citizen with SECRET security clearance (or equivalent).
• Prioritization to candidates with completed Public Trust investigations or active DoD security clearances.
• Experience with project management in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM).
• 15+ years of SAP solution architecture experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience with DoD operational and system ERPs, preferably in an SAP enterprise solution architect role.
• 10+ SAP ERP implementations, preferably S/4HANA experience.
• 2+ years of Agile software development management experience.
• Minimum of four full software development life cycle implementation experience.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $116,724.00 - $209,019.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training.
