SAP EAM Lead // Remote with travel

Job Title: SAP EAM Lead (PM) Work Model: Remote with travel (once every 3 weeks or as required by project) Duration: Fulltime Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Lead with deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) within the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will lead asset management transformations, drive best practices, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP EAM / PM workstreams across implementation and support projects Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment for asset lifecycle management Collaborate with business stakeholders (operations, maintenance, field services) to gather and translate requirements Design and optimize maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, predictive) Lead integration with MM (spare parts), FI (asset accounting), and other S/4HANA modules Support work order management, notifications, asset hierarchies, and master data governance Provide functional leadership to teams and mentor junior consultants Lead testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support Ensure alignment with Utilities industry standards and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on EAM / PM Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies Experience with integration points across MM, FI-AA, and field operations Exposure to mobility solutions (SAP Work Manager / Fiori apps) is a plus Prior experience in the Utilities industry (electric, gas, or water) preferred Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience working in global delivery models Best Regards Suman (Sue) Technical Recruiter Global Business Ser 4u Inc.
