SAP Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst

About the role

Join the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production and quality teams as a Business Analyst. You will gather and document requirements related to manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance, facilitate workshops to optimize workflows, analyze current state processes, and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will support integration activities between manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems, and assist in configuring and testing electronic batch records, shop floor control, and work instruction systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements related to manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate workshops with manufacturing, quality, and production planning teams to optimize workflows.
• Analyze current state processes, including paper batch records and manual signatures, and recommend improvements.
• Support integration activities between manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in configuring and testing electronic batch records, shop floor control, and work instruction systems.

Requirements

• Experience with process manufacturing and/or discrete manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and shop floor control.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, including process orders, BOMs, and batch management.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to document current and future state processes effectively.
