Accountabilities
- Partner with digital manufacturing teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support the configuration, deployment, testing, and optimization of digital manufacturing applications and related technologies.
- Execute initiatives aligned with the organization's digital manufacturing strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system functionality while recommending practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with factory personnel, business partners, and technical teams to support ongoing enhancements, issue resolution, and project implementation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing systems, documenting requirements, and supporting solution adoption across teams.
- Assist with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and deployment activities for small to medium-sized technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a technology-focused role, including business analysis, information architecture, information analysis, software development support, or related functions.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and effectively communicate technical specifications to development and implementation teams.
- Advanced SQL expertise and experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing Windows Server-based applications.
- Experience documenting processes, creating technical documentation, and developing diagrams to support project delivery and system understanding.
- Demonstrated success working within large, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in collaborative environments.
- Experience supporting project deployments, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern digital platforms, integration frameworks, and information architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, or production environments is highly desirable.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Azure cloud technologies, mobile applications, C#, or Java troubleshooting is considered an advantage.
- Ability to research industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide strategic insights to support digital transformation efforts.
