About the role
Our goal is to help clients enhance their operations using SAP technology. We assist in implementing SAP, Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer Solutions, Technology & Architecture, and SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of business preparation leading up to go-live through hypercare and transition to the long-term support for the organization.
- Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
- Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
- Drive large-scale sales pursuits and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Build market presence by understanding client contexts and aligning them with SAP solutions, roadmaps, and strategies.
- Collaborate with sector alliance leads and SAP solution capabilities to develop a robust pipeline.
- Utilize an integrated sales framework to proactively drive large-scale SAP pursuits.
- Incorporate innovative solutions to address client transformation needs and leverage unique client experiences to achieve successful sales conversions.
- Lead program and project management, with necessary travel to meet client needs.
- Manage client relationships, engagement economics and resource planning.
- Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams or serve as the delivery lead to support operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience delivering SAP-enabled business transformations, with deep expertise in one or more SAP modules.
- At least 5 years leading large-scale, SAP implementations or rollouts, including end-to-end deployment across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
- Proven experience leading complex SAP deployment workstreams, including planning, execution, and stabilization, while managing cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical areas.
- Experience with all pillars of deployment and de-risking business transitions.
- Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
- Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience related to industry-specific finance and technology functions.
- Strong research skills to address client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

What We Offer
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
- The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
- The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.
- Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
