About the role

The opportunity involves leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. You will be accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met. You will develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, manage engagement economics effectively, and lead both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree); a master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools, along with a solid understanding of project or program value, finance, and quality management.
• A comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Most people in external, client serving roles are expected to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
