About the role

The opportunity is to serve clients by delivering large SAP implementations. The role involves establishing operating structures for large-scale programs and managing the day-to-day delivery to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree); a master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
  • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
  • Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools, along with a solid understanding of project or program value, finance, and quality management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.

Schedule

Most people in external, client serving roles are expected to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Employees are granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support their physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
