SAP Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in workshops, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, and support projects.
• Review data profiling results and define data quality metrics with business stakeholders.
• Facilitate business discussions to define data quality rules for customers, materials, suppliers, assets, and equipment.
• Review profiling results with business and IT, identifying data‑quality business rules to be developed in Information Steward.
• Draw and implement enterprise‑level architecture.
• Assist in day‑to‑day operations of customer discussions regarding design and development.
• Recommend best‑practice solutions based on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards.
• Work extensively with customers and internal/external resources on strategy, deployment, and optimization of product services and solutions.
• Take a lead role in execution of projects.
• Analyze technical requirements and environments.
• Follow standard change‑management procedures when introducing technical changes to production environments.
• Support activities needed to implement and maintain security policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze and document technical requirements.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and SLA processes.
• Collaborate with Application Owners, Enterprise Architect groups, and Technical Architects to define and describe solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to provide support and understand their needs.
• Assist in responses to internal and external compliance audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide leadership to onsite/offshore teams.
• Deliver excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management.
• Apply strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.

Requirements

• Ability to review data profiling results and define data quality metrics.
• Understanding of master data and SAP data structures.
• Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its master‑data model.
• Experience designing data quality rules (preferred).
• Ability to work independently on projects and lead technically.
• Capability to draw and implement enterprise‑level architecture.
• Experience leading business discussions to specify data quality rules.
• Familiarity with standard change‑management procedures.
• Experience supporting security policy implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Well‑versed in incident, problem, change, and SLA management.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive innovation.
• Direct engagement with customers to provide support.
• U.S. citizenship or green card required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership experience with onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 per annum.
