The Senior Program Management Specialist; Finance plays a critical role in driving financial accuracy, strategic insight, and operational excellence within our global partnership alliance. This is a high-impact position responsible for the annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and strategic enablement that supports one of the organization’s most important revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate is an independent, hands-on operator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. They will be an internally recognized senior on complex finance and business matters, executing across three key pillars: Financial reporting and reconciliation; Business Performance Analysis and Insight; and Process Optimization and Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
    • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual partnership reconciliation and performance reporting.
    • Partner with Finance on revenue and cost reconciliation process for the alliance, which requires an ability to make sense of nuanced legal and financial terms.
    • Liaise with the billing department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of invoice, to optimize processes, and to support any required manual work.
    • Support Finance and others in auditing and ensuring compliance in all processes.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, promoting simplification, structure, and measurable business impact.
  • Business Performance Analysis & Insight
    • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
    • Analyze business performance and priorities to accelerate data-driven, revenue-generating decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Management to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance
    • Drive adoption of tools and processes by planning priorities and supporting rollout and enablement.
    • Identify and drive business improvement initiatives, from conception through execution.
    • Coach sales leaders on process adoption to ensure organization-wide compliance.
    • Work closely with IT, Finance, Billing and Legal to streamline processes.
    • Leverage and implement standardized processes, systems, and tools to ensure consistency across the engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, or sales operations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; experience with SQL, Excel, and enterprise financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Harmony, SAP).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and delivering in a matrixed, global organization.

Pay

The targeted annual combined range for this position is $100,000–$216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
