SAP BW and Analytics Service Lead- SAC/Remote

SAP BW & Analytics Service Lead SAC Location-Remote Role Overview We are looking for an SAP BW & Analytics Service Lead with strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW. The role will be responsible for leading analytics solutions, supporting business requirements, managing delivery, and ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP analytics environment. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation and support activities. Understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. Design and develop dashboards, reports, stories, and analytical applications in SAC. Work with SAP BW/BW4HANA for data modeling, reporting, and data integration. Manage data connections between SAC, SAP BW, and other data sources. Monitor system performance, data loads, and reporting processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams. Lead incident, problem, and change management activities. Ensure timely delivery of enhancements, projects, and support activities. Maintain technical documentation and support best practices. Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. Support release management, testing, and deployment activities. Required Skills Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Good knowledge of SAP BW/BW4HANA concepts and data modeling. Experience in SAC stories, dashboards, planning, and reporting. Understanding of SAP BW queries, InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and data flows. Experience with SAC live and/or import data connections. Knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL is preferred. Good understanding of analytics and reporting requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good stakeholder and team management skills.
