About the Opportunity:The IMPLEMENTATION OPERATIONS & ANALYTICS LEAD plays a key role in supporting successful client implementations and ongoing service excellence. This position transforms data and client feedback into actionable insights to improve operational processes and client satisfaction. By coordinating cross-functional teams and managing analytics and reporting, the lead helps ensure clear communication, timely decision-making, and sustained client trust. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance metrics with Implementation leadership.Manage analytics, reporting, training, and client project requests, coordinating scope and timelines.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.Manage client surveys and feedback, summarizing results to enhance client experience.Ensure consistent use of tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, and SharePoint to improve data quality and workflow visibility.Support large client implementations by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and resolving issues.Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams and develop standardized tools and processes. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum three years’ experience in analytics, reporting, operations, implementation, or related roles involving data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for operational or client-facing use.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.Effective project planning and organizational abilities to manage priorities and milestones.Strong communication and presentation skills to align teams and document processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Monday.com, SharePoint, and related tools preferred. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Competitive compensation of $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
