SAP Business Analyst with SAP FSM / SSAM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to drive field service transformation initiatives. Experience migrating from ClickSoftware to SAP FSM is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP FSM and SSAM implementations.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, solution architects, and development teams.
• Lead requirement workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation.
• Support end-to-end implementation of SAP FSM and SSAM solutions.
• Analyze existing ClickSoftware processes and facilitate migration to SAP FSM.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Capture system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Provide business process improvement recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.
• Support change management, user training, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) implementations.
• Experience with SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM).
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
