Responsibilities

The SAP Business Analyst - OTC will serve as an SME, providing guidance to internal business teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP Sales Distribution (SD) and related modules. This position will work closely with the system integrator and be a main point of contact for the OTC business users.

• Master the end-to-end OTC process and develop expertise across SAP SD and different apps.
• Validate proposed solutions from the system integrator.
• Review and drive configuration and testing outcomes with the system integrator teams.
• Participate in relevant workshops with system integrators and drive standardization of business processes, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions in SAP for OTC processes.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD and related modules, with a goal to reduce custom RICEFW.
• Participate in design decisions on integration with non-SAP systems.
• Configure SAP SD and related modules; develop scenarios and test to ensure compliance with Trident requirements.
• Provide expertise in identifying relevant master and transactional data required for data cleansing and extraction for migrations in SAP SD.
• Serve as a key advisor to business and IT for hands-on usage of S/4 HANA functionality.
• Provide training to internal teams on specific areas in SAP SD and related modules, as needed.
• Keep pace with the evolving S/4 HANA roadmap, research, and run internal Proof of Concept sessions for better features and alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements.
• Acquire knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
• Notify designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5 years’ experience in an SAP-related occupation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience in end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Experience with cross modules in LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI (Finance).
• Experience with end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation.
• Experience working with Pricing, Availability Check, Scheduling, Routes, Backorder Processing.
• Experience working in EDI (electronic data interchange), including setting up EDI and resolving issues.

Pay

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
