SAP BUSINESS ANALYST III

Scope

The BA will report directly to the IT Application Manager and is responsible for providing Super User and end-user support related to operational issues, configuration & enhancement efforts and key projects. The BA will provide best practice solutions to the business and training in SAP and should have solid knowledge and experience in business processes, problem solving skills and process improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The BA is responsible for working with the organization to help identify areas of improvement and to make improvements to SAP according to business requirements to increase process efficiencies
• The BA will be required to interact with all levels of the company to ensure the SAP system meets the needs of the organization
• The BA will meet regularly with internal customers to document issues, new requirements and effectively respond customer needs

Skills and Requirements

• BA/BS degree in related field
• 8+ years of professional work experience or currently working on BA/BS
• Solid knowledge of business processes within his/her current area of responsibility (preferably in SD, PP FI/CO modules or MRO process)
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience in manufacturing environment
• Proven effectiveness in business process documentation, process improvements, and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills

• Self-starter and able to exercise good judgment
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong customer service skills and strong customer focus
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
• Project Management skills
• Familiarity with Lean principles and the application of “Lean” in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must read/write/speak English

Medium-to-large office environment
Fast paced office environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments

Salary Range

Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): 160k - 180k
