Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP BDC implementation and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Cook up with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Manage project governance, risk, issue, and change management processes.
- Ensure successful integration of SAP Business Data Cloud with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Oversee project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support data migration, analytics, and reporting initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SAP BDC implementation and enhancement projects.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Experience managing project governance, risk, issue, and change management processes.
- Experience ensuring successful integration of SAP Business Data Cloud with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience overseeing project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Experience tracking project milestones and providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Experience ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
