Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming internet and phone leads.
  • Ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional, and engaging response.
  • Set and confirm high-quality sales appointments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the BDC team to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper follow-up on every opportunity.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to maximize appointment success.
  • Develop processes that improve customer experience and increase showroom traffic.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive BDC experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing internet and phone lead performance.
  • Exceptional communication and phone skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability.
  • Organized, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
