Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet and phone leads.
- Ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional, and engaging response.
- Set and confirm high-quality sales appointments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the BDC team to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper follow-up on every opportunity.
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximize appointment success.
- Develop processes that improve customer experience and increase showroom traffic.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive BDC experience preferred.
- Proven success managing internet and phone lead performance.
- Exceptional communication and phone skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability.
- Organized, accountable, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance metrics.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
