Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting the issues from OS level like work process monitoring, checking logs, checking OSS notes, provide Performance analysis and suggest solution to write the Root Cause Analysis.
• Create Adobe standard documentation.
• Provide On-call support during weekday and weekends as per the schedule.
• Performance optimization and tuning: deep experience with SQL traces to achieve Performance Impact Analysis.
• Early Watch configuration and analysis.
• Transport Management.
• Automation of SAP basis tasks through different development and scripting approaches.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Pay

Salary Range: $62,500 - $130,000 a year
