SAP ARIBA & MM ARCHITECT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba & MM Architect with 10+ years of experience to design and lead enterprise procurement solutions across Ariba and SAP S/4HANA MM. The role will focus on upstream and downstream procurement processes, integrations, architecture, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, and SCC solutions
• Lead Ariba implementations, including Contract Management and EC&O/ePC procurement environments
• Design scalable procurement architectures covering Sourcing-to-Pay processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements for sourcing, contracts, spend analysis, and procurement workflows
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and standard Ariba functionality
• Design workflows and user experiences aligned with procurement best practices
• Serve as an Ariba SME during workshops and solution discussions
• Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP ERP systems
• Work with middleware teams on integration using SAP PI/PO and APIs
• Guide implementation teams on Ariba best practices and downstream procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies
• Collaborate with procurement, business, technical, and integration teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP/Procurement experience with strong architect-level expertise
• Deep knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, and SCC
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience designing and implementing SAP Ariba solutions
• Strong experience with Ariba upstream and downstream processes
• Hands-on experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA MM and non-SAP systems
• Experience with SAP PI/PO and API-based integrations
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA MM
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills
