SAP Ariba Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support procurement transformation initiatives with a focus on SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Drive procurement process design, standardization, and optimization across Ariba solutions.
• Provide expertise in SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Guided Buying.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations and WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Support solution configuration, testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT), and overall solution quality.
• Develop functional documentation, training materials, and user enablement strategies.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to procurement stakeholders and business teams.
• Support future scalability and continuous improvement of procurement solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant or Lead.
• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) integration.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP Ariba SLP and Guided Buying.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP Ariba transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience providing functional leadership and mentoring other team members.
