Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer Job Location: Jackson, Mississippi Position Type: Contract Duration: 3 years. Primary Skills: ABAP design and development, ABAP Object Oriented programming, SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA), functional knowledge in Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SAP operational system support for public sector clients, analysis and development to resolve root causes of SAP development system issues Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MAGIC system development, SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Portal support, root cause analysis and incident resolution, WebDynPro, workflow development and maintenance Position Overview The contractor will provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. The resource will work alongside other state resources in supporting interfaces between the agency and the state's SAP system, plus provide integration support for the implementation of the SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules. This is not a full-time position. This is as-needed services in the event the agency needs extra staff support. Daily Duties / Responsibilities Provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support. Support interfaces between the agency and the state's SAP system. Provide integration support for the implementation of SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules. Perform analysis and development activities to determine and resolve root causes of SAP development system issues. Perform workflow development and maintenance as needed. Provide SAP Portal support as needed. Required Skills Eight years' experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming (SME) Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM (SME) Four years' experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client (Intermediate) Three years' experience in using SAP Business Process Automation by Redwood (SAP BPA) Experience with analysis and development activities to determine and resolve root causes of SAP development system issues (Advanced) Preferred Skills Knowledge with MAGIC system development (Beginner) SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (Beginner) candidate should have worked on integration between SuccessFactors EC/ECP and SAP on-premise HCM, plus non-SAP systems SAP Portal support (Beginner) Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents (Intermediate) Experience with WebDynPro (Beginner) Experience with workflow development and maintenance (Beginner)
