Sanitation Technician - Tolleson, AZ

About the role

Join WITRON as a Sanitation Technician and ensure our facility remains spotless, safe, and sanitary. Essential duties include sweeping, mopping, emptying receptacles, conducting general warehouse maintenance, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, managing corrugated scraps, replenishing supplies, cleaning the dock area, sanitizing machinery during PM operations, and taking on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of custodial experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Practical attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products
• High performance orientation and a sense of urgency about work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work various shifts and weekends as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Adaptability to temperature changes in an ambient distribution center
• Walk or stand for long periods
• Bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50-60 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights up to 90 feet
