Sanitation Technician 1

About the role

We are seeking a driven individual to support and promote a team atmosphere. This position involves creating and maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, working closely with the farm team to ensure all needed supplies are readily available, and performing various cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash industrial equipment with care
• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment
• Keep and maintain sanitation logs
• Reassemble production equipment
• General cleaning in all areas (Break room, restrooms, production, etc.)
• Mop designated areas and empty garbage as needed
• Clear communication with team and supervisor on the assurance of completed duties
• Assist with production when needed (tray cleaning, etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Repetitive motion throughout the shift
• Standing or walking for a long duration of time
• Crouching and kneeling
• Lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Industrial Cleaning 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing 1 year (Preferred)
• Pressure washing experience preferred

Skills

• Ability to operate machinery
• Use a ladder
• Lift 50 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent and prompt attendance

Schedule

Shifts run from 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm.
