Sanitation Team Member - Boston Bakery

Essential Functions / Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen or bakery environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working in a fast paced kitchen, bakery, or restaurant environment preferred
• Passion for cleanliness, organization, and supporting team operations
• Desire to learn, grow, and support the bakery team wherever needed

Summary Of Responsibilities

Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen utensils

Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine and dish area

Unload and organize dishes and utensils after washing

Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage spaces

Stock supplies throughout food preparation and storage areas

Transport supplies between storage and production areas as needed

Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness standards throughout the bakery

Support sanitation and food safety standards at all times

Other related assignments as necessary
