About the role

One of the nation’s leading food manufacturers has created the Sanitation Supervisor position in a growing plant. As the Sanitation Supervisor you will lead, manage, and develop sanitation and pest‑control programs for the facility on the 2nd shift. The role is ideal for a change agent who can drive sanitation efficiency, develop standard work, and improve turnaround efficiencies to support reductions in the plant’s total delivered cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop sanitation and pest‑control programs on the 2nd shift.
• Drive sanitation efficiency initiatives, including the development of standard work.
• Implement turnaround efficiencies that improve the plant’s total delivered cost.
• Act as a change agent to continuously improve sanitation processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership/management experience in food manufacturing and sanitation.
• Knowledge and experience with diverse sanitizing applications.
• Familiarity with CIP/COP systems and process automation.
• Experience with environmental cleaning and problem‑solving related to environmental issues.

Pay

Salary $65,000 – $85,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

Schedule

Off‑shift position working the 2nd shift.
