Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise cleaning of equipment and processing areas
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Complete tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule
• Train, coach, and develop sanitation employees
• Conduct ATP swabs and corrective actions
• Create and update SSOPs
• Maintain chemical usage and storage
• Coordinate contractor and external cleaning services
• Create maintenance work orders as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years food manufacturing/sanitation experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA
• HACCP or GMP certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

$19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
