Sanitation Supervisor

About the role

The role involves managing sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supervising cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
• Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet operational and safety requirements.
• Document and report any incidents or non-compliance issues to management.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation and cleaning operations.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
