We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. No job title heading. No Job ID.
We need to parse the job description.

That's about the role? Might be considered About the role.
We can combine company description and role overview into About the role.
- Responsibilities: The "WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE" and then list of duties under JOB DUTIES: etc. So we need a Responsibilities section with

Structure:
About the role
... company description and role overview ...
Responsibilities
- ... each duty ...

We need to ensure not to duplicate.
Now Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or sanitation; Experience leading or training teams.
Also Physical Demands: list of abilities.
We could put Requirements section containing Minimum Qualifications and Physical Demands.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS) and sanitation documentation systems; Exposure to food safety programs such as GMPs, SQF, or FDA-regulated environments; Experience supporting pre-op inspections or sanitation verifications; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills: Could be same as Preferred Qualifications? But we can separate: Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Maybe combine Preferred Qualifications and Skills into Qualifications section. But we have separate headings allowed: Qualifications, Skills. We could put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and Basic computer skills under Skills. But that may be thin. However we have actual content for both.
Better: Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list). Skills: Basic computer skills.
But we need to avoid thin sections; but we have real content for both.
Pay: Pay Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annual.
Schedule: HOURS & WORKDAYS: 3rd Shift – Monday through Saturday from 7:00pm to 3:30am; 6-day workweek schedule, weekends, overtime, holidays, and/or rotating shift and day off schedules may be mandatory based on business and departmental needs.
Benefits: list: Medical, Dental & Vision; Group Life and AD&D; Voluntary Life and AD&D; Group Short & Long-Term Disability; 401(k); Paid Time Off; Flexible Spending Accounts; Employee Assistance Program; Gym Membership Discounts.
Now About the role: include company description and role overview: The role contributes to Health Ade’s success by overseeing shift manufacturing and production operations, with a strong emphasis in sanitation. The supervisor will ensure all sanitation processes meet regulatory and company standards while supporting production and maintenance teams to maintain efficient plant operations. Also include location, reporting, travel, FLSA, employment category maybe? But those are metadata; we could include them in About the role paragraph.
We must not include "Pay Range" in About the role because we have separate Pay section. But we could include location etc.
Let's craft About the role paragraph:
"This position reports to the Operations Manager in Torrance, CA, with no travel required. It is an exempt, salaried, full‑time regular role. Generous Brands inspires people to thrive through vibrant nutrition via its brands Bolthouse Farms, Health‑Ade, Evolution Fresh, and its partnership with SAMBAZON. The role contributes to Health‑Ade’s success by overseeing shift manufacturing and production operations, emphasizing sanitation. The supervisor ensures sanitation processes meet regulatory and company standards while supporting production and maintenance teams to maintain efficient plant operations."
That seems good.
