Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in the Seattle, WA area. Candidates must be open to working various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage all shift operations, including production, packaging, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, and supplies to support operational demands.
• Delegate work assignments, monitor progress, and drive special projects to completion.
• Manage labor, waste, and operational costs to achieve budget and efficiency targets.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and technology to improve productivity and performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Promote a safe, quality-focused work environment that supports employee engagement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Must be open to varying shifts
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Proven understanding of production and manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage and develop employees
• Experience with equipment & maintenance
