- Equipment operation for cleaning and maintaining floor conditions
- Cleaning public restrooms and filling dispensers
- Trash disposal and equipment maintenance
- Miscellaneous cleaning tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, shoveling snow)
- Conflict resolution and cooperation
- Honesty and integrity
- Following directions and seeking assistance
- Supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
