Sanitation Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Cleaner. This role involves maintaining a clean and sparkling environment for our customers, ensuring our stores are welcoming and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep all required areas inside and outside the store
• Mop all required areas inside the store
• Wash shop windows and spray parking lots
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms
• Sanitize and maintain customer areas, including tables and chairs
• Keep supplies in the stockroom organized

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary
• Aged 18 or older
• A steadfast commitment to fostering an equitable, unbiased culture where everyone feels valued and empowered
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently
• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures and noise levels in the shop
• Exposure to known allergens, including nuts
• Exposure to noise from a production and/or processing area
