About the role
Our dairy cooperative is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) first shift (6am-6pm) Sanitation Operator at our Middlebury, VT location. The schedule for this role is 4 days-on, 4 days-off.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to break down, prepare, and sanitize equipment related to cheese-making production in compliance with company policies.
- Effectively utilize sanitation equipment, such as hoses, chemical foaming systems, and equipment wash systems requiring computer entry.
- Ensure accurate sanitation records are kept and maintained.
Pay
Position starts at $26.15/hour with eligibility for performance-based increases every 6 months for the first 2 years of employment.
