Sanitation Manager

Essential Duties

• Maintain documentation associated with equipment and plant sanitation.
• Conduct verifications and validations of equipment, processes and programs in relation to sanitation.
• Assist production employees address sanitation concerns.
• Conduct ongoing audits on cleaning practices and provide training or coaching if needed.
• Absorb environmental monitoring swabbing and testing.
• Track and trend master sanitation data, environmental monitoring data, and pre-operation inspection data to help drive process improvement.
• Complete daily sanitation checklist tasks.
• Reviews sanitation records and any sanitation preventive control records.
• Effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all managers.
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
• Ensure that all required maintenance is performed.
• Absorb root cause analysis as needed.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• ESL and Aseptic manufacturing knowledge including sanitation.
• Knowledgeable in SQF requirements.
• Experience with lab technicians performing environmental monitoring testing coverage.

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Computer Skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Solid Mechanical Skills.
• Ability to work well with people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multi-tasked Individual.
• Detail oriented.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 USD.
